In 2021, Gelayne launched Creative Mind Solutions, a company focused on helping others bring their stories to life through the creative writing process. Through Creative Mind Solutions, she has partnered with numerous organizations, including the New Rochelle City School District, The Mount Vernon City School District, and The Boys and Girls Club of New Rochelle, to guide students in developing their writing skills.

Building on her desire to foster creativity in others, Gelayne launched her first creative writing workshop for adults in 2021. The success of this workshop led to the creation of “Get Started Writing The Book” in 2022, a program designed to help aspiring authors take their first steps toward writing a book. In 2023, she achieved another major milestone by hosting and organizing the inaugural Ready Writers Conference, further cementing her role as a leader in the creative writing community.

Through her various roles as an educator, mentor, and entrepreneur, Gelayne Blyden continues to inspire and empower individuals of all ages to explore their potential and share their stories with the world.
